This is where every Soundz is born. From the impression of your ear to the final sound check, every pair is designed, printed, assembled and measured in our own lab, by people who live for sound.
From your ear, to your ear
Five stages. One goal: sound and fit without compromise.
Digital design
Your ear impression becomes a precise digital model. On it we design the shell to the millimetre, so it fits perfectly, keeps the noise out and stays comfortable for hours: on stage, in the studio, on the road.
3D printing
Shells are printed layer by layer on high-precision resin 3D printers. The result exists only once in the world: it is yours.
Circuit & assembly
Our technicians fit the drivers, the crossover and the sound tubes by hand. Every joint is made with a watchmaker’s precision, because in an in-ear even a tenth of a millimetre can be heard.
Finishing & laser
Sanding, polishing, faceplates and the colours you choose. Our laser engraves your logo, your name or your artwork, so your pair leaves the lab exactly as you imagined it.
Measurement & quality control
Before it leaves, every pair goes through a final quality check: fit, finish, sound. With the lab’s measurement equipment we check the frequency response, because your sound is never left to chance.
With you long after delivery
The same lab that builds your Soundz looks after them and repairs them. Cleaning, repairs, a brand-new shell (reshell), even for in-ears made by other brands.
