Both SoundzCare and SoundzCare+ give you additional features such as “no questions asked” service and repair and accidental damage protection.

SoundzCare+ is valid for 5 years and covers:

• Unlimited repairs of damage due to wax or debris in the earpiece
• Unlimited repairs of total damage to the shells, faceplates, inner components, and drivers
• Up to four cable replacements
